and others related to it that? will romney in the debate next week talk about a benghazi security cover-up regarding the baha obama white house? >> thanks for letting me be on. benghazi has to be seen we had 20 embassies in the greater middle east where demonstrations took place. we had four compounds breached, american flags burns and the black flag of al qaeda raised. it was a disgraceful day, and it was evidence of a failed middle east policy. on benghazi itself, governor romney's been very clear. the president of the united states owes the american people candor and transparency on what's happened. that clearly has been a test which has been failed. they started talking about the spontaneous eruption that was incredible on 9/11, and this is a video that's been around for months. second, we have the type of equipment used. third, we now know there were intelligence reports. fourth, wern the ambassador was concerned about the security, and fifth, we had a stonewalling for days and days with this very story. >> that's the key point with ambassador rice making the runs. larry, do

wonder that the president has spent the past debate week defending big bird and calling mitt romney a liar over tax reform and take a listen to mitt romney today. >> these are tough times with real serious issues. so you have to scratch your head when the president spends the last week talking about saving big bird. >> so it has been five years to the day that the dow closed at the all time high. but would a romney win get investors to move the dow? one out of every five americans have no religious affiliations? we begin this evening with this story that is happening right now. the government has continued it's vendetta against big banks. the government accuses the mortgage lender of reckless trifecta issuing at least 100,000 affected loans. this story comes as the cnbc.com story makes headlines. the question is why is the government and the taxpayor still in the housing business? let's go to our guest. diana, good evening. >> well look, confidence in housing is coming back. especially in home prices. some say they think home prices will fall further. optimism has been rising for 11

talk like that. >> same kind of lie that your buddy harry reid threw out. >> tom, mitt romney has a pretty clear agenda and you support his agenda. what i'm asking here and i want you both to weigh in on this, what's president obama's agenda. when i say the case for re-election i'm talking about a future agenda and future strategy. you may not like it, but what is it? that's what i'm trying to define. tom stemberg, you first and now i want governor dean. >> i've been listening to the president now since the campaign began and other than it's a vague idea and tax the rich some which by the way, will begin to cover the tremendous trillion dollar hole we face each year. i haven't heard much of a plan. there have been attacks, but no plan. you may not like ryan's plan, i get that, but he does have a future strategy and this is what he's going to try to do. >> let me ask the question. >> what people are asking president obama is what will you do -- in order to be elected, what will you do in the future? i don't think he's done a good job or any job putting that out there. >> i think it's

romney on these taxes. but, karen, when we see the evidence and data coming out that kate just talked about and particularly yesterday with the state department acknowledging that there never was any protesters and it was never about this video, when you see that come out and you know that the survivors of that al qaeda invasion of the embassy, the survivors immediately cabled or texted or messaged to the state department to tell them what happened. i would say within 24 hours the state department and the white house knew. and, karen, you're going to have -- i don't mean you personally. but your team is going to have to answer to that. that is a tough one. once americans hear that in greater detail, i think that's a tough one. i want to give you one last shot, karen, and then kate. karen, you first, please. >> well, again, i think joe biden is going to do an excellent job tomorrow night mostly because he has command of the facts and the information. but he can told paul ryan's feet to the fire particularly on the economic conversation because he was there when ryan walked out. >> kate

for the first time, i believe mr. romney will win the election. let's talk to jack bouroudjian, ceo of bull and bear partners. you know, jacking, the way i look at it. okay, investors, take profit chips off the table, that's fine. i have no problem with that, but i believe that the animal spirits will explode if there's a romney/ryan victory, and i believe that victory is now in sight. i want to get your take. feel free to disagree with my, my friend. >> i have no problem disagreeing with you, larry, except i'm not going to do it this time. i think you're absolutely right. let's take a step back and understand what's happened to the market. we have been experiencing what i call a suppressed valuation. you are looking at corporate america making more than they have ever made before but the multiple on this market, which is really the psychology of the market, has been suppressed. that is the vote on the obama administration. let's face it. if that were the same market under a reagan or a bush or even a clinton looking at a 20 or 25 multiple, we'd be trading at 2,000 or 2,500 in the s
